By creating an account or using the NOKROOM platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the service.

3. Bookings and payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices, taxes, and any applicable discounts (including NokCoins) are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown at the time of booking.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, access accounts that are not yours, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Rewards (NokCoins)

NokCoins are a promotional loyalty benefit with no cash value. They may expire and their terms may change. They can be redeemed only as described in the platform.

6. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, NOKROOM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
