Search by location and dates, open a room you like, choose your check-in and check-out dates, and complete the secure checkout. You'll receive a confirmation once payment succeeds.
How do I cancel or change a booking?expand_more
Open My Bookings from your account, select the booking, and use the cancel option. Refund eligibility depends on the property's cancellation policy shown at checkout.
What are NokCoins and how do I use them?expand_more
NokCoins are loyalty rewards you earn on activity. They can be redeemed for a discount during checkout. Your balance is visible under Account → NokCoins.
My payment was deducted but I don't see a booking. What now?expand_more
Payments are verified automatically, which can take a moment. If a booking doesn't appear within a few minutes, email us with your registered email and the payment reference and we'll resolve it.
How do I update my name, phone, or WhatsApp number?expand_more
Go to Account → Edit Profile to update your name and contact details at any time.
